Holiday Loaf Survey

1. Eligibility:

This survey is open only to individuals who have purchased Simple Kneads bread in-store.
Participants must be legal residents of USA and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Only one survey submission is allowed per individual.

2. Survey Participation:

To receive a coupon, participants must complete the survey honestly and to the best of their knowledge.
The survey must be submitted by November 15 to be eligible for the coupon. Incomplete surveys or surveys that do not meet these terms will not qualify for the coupon.

3. Coupon Details:

Upon successful completion of the survey, participants will be sent a coupon for a free loaf from Simple Kneads gluten free sourdough bakery.
The coupon is valid until December 31 and can only be redeemed in-store.
Coupons are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to availability.

4. Fraud Prevention:

Simple Kneads reserves the right to verify the validity of all survey responses and may disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the survey process or violating these terms. Multiple entries from the same individual, use of automated processes, or any other form of fraud will result in disqualification.

5. Privacy:

All personal information provided in the survey will be used in accordance with Simple Kneads’s Privacy Policy.
Your data will be used solely for the purpose of issuing the coupon and improving our products and services.

6. Changes to Terms:

Simple kneads reserves the right to modify or terminate this survey and its associated terms at any time without prior notice.
